The main lanai offers great views of the ocean and those fantastic Maui sunsets. The other lanai is equipped with a BBQ for meals you prefer to be grilled. At various times of the year there will be minimum night stays enforced by the agent depending on availablitiy.

OnSite: Execellent snorkeling from the large sandy beach fronting the property. The beach is great for swimming and sunning also. Whales can easily be seen from the beach and your condo during whale season. There are several swimming pools, whirlpool spa, paddle tennis court, putting green, and a beachfront pavilion & barbeque area located on the grounds of the property. There is a one time fee of $62.50 which allows you the use of these facilities. This fee is paid to us at the time you pay your final balance. Nearby: Wailea Shopping Center is within walking distance and offers many shops and restaurants. Location: South of Kihei at Wailea. Kahului airport is only thirty-five minutes away.
