WHAT’S NEW AT AA OCEANFRONT RENTALS

We are excited to share the following new details with this month’s newsletter. The first of which is very bittersweet. Tabatha and I are relocating to Hilton Head, South Carolina in August. I have accepted a new position with my families vacation rental company. We feel this is important for our two young children, as well as, ourselves at this time. This decision was not made lightly and has been in the making for a couple of months to ensure a smooth transition of management. My replacements have over 20 years of experience combined in this business and are currently transferring their offices from our affiliate company in Wailuku. They have started setting up here and have already begun their training to ensure no interruption to business as you know it. They are committed to continuing the quality of services that has allowed AAO to be so successful over the last 25 years. Please be sure to welcome Ms. Barbara Noel who will be the new President and Principal Broker and Mr. John Longmire who will be assuming my position as the General Manager. They bring with them over 120 long-term rental units to add to the AAO portfolio. This means if there are any owners who are interested in exploring this alternative form of rental ownership, it is now available to you. They will also offer full Real Estate services to include sales. It has been a pleasure getting to know each of you and do not hesitate to look us up if you are ever in our area.

Lastly, AAO is proud to announce that as of July 1, 2008 we are the exclusive on-site rental agent for the Maui Vista Complex. The direct number to our new remote office is 808-874-5252, which should be in service as of 7/15/08.

AAO is celebrating 25 years of business this year. We want to thank each and every owner for his or her patronage and for helping us to be so successful over the years.
