Description: is located next to the Mana Kai Maui at Keawakapu Beach and offers one and two bedroom condominiums, each with its own private lanai. The units are oceanfront. The condominiums feature color TV, telephone and a fully equipped kitchen. While there is no air conditioning, there are ceiling fans and the building faces the direction that catches the cooling trade winds that blow fairly consistently to make your stay enjoyable. There are some condos categorized as "standard" which means the furnishings/appliances may be older, although everything works and is clean. These standard condos are priced lower than the other condos. At various times of the year there will be minimum night stays enforced by the agent depending on availablitiy.
Amenities: Golf at Wailea, Makena and Elleair courses. Windsurfing, surfing, snorkeling, whale watching and other water activities.
OnSite: Beautiful sandy beach (a short walk across the parking lot to Keawakapu beach), swimming pool, BBQs, a lawn area for sunning and recreation.
Nearby: Shops at Wailea and four hotels are within two miles. Five Palms Restaurant next door.
Location: Southern Kihei. Kahului airport is only twenty-five minutes away.
