All of our Maui condo units are categorized as: Standard ( our Maui condos that have furnishings and appliances that may be older, although everything works and is clean); Deluxe (our Maui condo rentals that have been renovated within the last 5 yrs); Superior (Our Maui condo rentals that have been renovated within the last 5 yrs, and have been highly upgraded with granite countertops, high quality cabinetry, ceramic tile floor, etc.) At various times of the year these condos will have a minimum night stay enforced by the agent depending on availability.

The onsite amenities for these Maui condos include an oceanfront swimming pool, roof top Barbecue and sunning area, and jazz club restaurant. The small sandy beach is good for launching your windsurfer or kite board.
