This hawaiian-decorated, very spacious 1 bedroom, 2 bath garden view condo offers vaulted ceilings, full kitchen, washer, dryer, air conditioning in the bedroom, and 2 private lanais with a gas BBQ on one of the lanais so you will not have to leave your condo to grill! The sunken living room in this Maui condo rental is beautifully decorated and opens up to the two lanais for some real Maui relaxation!!!

Palms at Wailea features a lovely swimming pool, spa, Recreation and Clubhouse Center (wireless internet access at the Clubhouse).

The upscale shops of Wailea and restaurants are approximately half a mile away. Three world-class championship golf courses are within a 10 minute drive. Enjoy a game of tennis at the Wailea Tennis Club. Major supermarkets are within four miles by car as well as banks, drug stores, and a movie theater complex, and a 10 minute walk or short drive to the fabulous Wailea beaches!
