The Royal Mauian Resort is an exclusive luxury Maui condo resort with its units managed by AA Oceanfront Rentals. These amazing Maui condos are located on the sunny south side of Maui. The Royal Mauian offers a variety of features which make it very unique and one of Maui's most popular condo resorts on the South side of Maui. There is a rooftop garden which affords spectacular views of the blue pacific ocean, Mount Haleakala and the West Maui mountainside. The ocean front pool affords a nice break from the salt water while enjoying the views. The BBQ area is on the roof next to the garden area and is second to none when looking for the perfect rendezvous spot at these Maui condos.

Each of these Maui condos come with fully equipped kitchens, cable color tv, free parking, washer/dryer inside and your own private lanai where you have a birds eye view of the humpback whales breaching during the winter months.

The Royal Mauian is adjacent to Kamaole Beach I which is one of Maui's most popular beaches for swimming and snorkeling. Kihei is, of course, close to shopping, restaurants and nearby to excellent golfing as well. Complimentary coffee and tea is served by the oceanfront pool each morning with sets the Royal Mauian apart from other Maui condo rental units.

Amenities include a lovely rooftop garden with BBQ and picnic area offering panoramic views of the ocean and Mt. Haleakala. Stunning sunsets can be viewed from the pool area.
