All activities, restaurants, bars, attractions and some hotels will be closing while we do our part as a state of islands and practice social distancing. Our supplies are limited as everything is shipped to the islands.

Our company specializes in offering property management services on a personal level and our staff is completely dedicated to our guests and owners above all else. We currently manage over 130 vacation rentals in South Maui in addition to 130 long term rentals across the island and we are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for questions and emergencies.

  • All marketing and advertising including free property website setup and buildout with professional photos and property description. Our website is maintained and constantly updated for higher rankings in search engines.
  • Local Kihei Office that is fully staffed 7 days a week with an on-call rental manager 24/7, 365 days a year.
  • Housekeeping and maintenance services that are seamlessly coordinated by your rental manager.
  • State of the art “owner portal” website that allows owners a log-in to browse occupancy, revenue reports, request maintenance, create reservations and change account details quickly and immediately.
  • Paying your utility bills including internet, cable, electric and HOA fees on your behalf. You will never have to worry about missing or forgetting another bill – we keep everything organized in our streamlined accounting system for you.
  • Regular walk-throughs when your property is unoccupied and a coded key system keep your property secure. Our number one priority is the safety and security of your home.
  • Assistance with coordinating deliveries, organizing contractors, replacements and renovations. Our island does not have the same resources and supplies as the mainland but our experienced staff is always here to help!

For your efforts, a lower management fee is assessed for all reservations you bring in via your own advertising.   • Cost free owner bookings. You will never pay any fees to use your own condo. Owners may also allow their immediate family members to stay in the unit free of charge. Your reservations can be easily booked from your live reservation calendar in the owner portal.

AA Oceanfront uses a coded entry system that provides every guest a unique code that is only good for the duration of their stay, down to the minute, making check-in seamless and quick for our guests. It also allows us to generate and assign specific codes to housekeepers, contractors and REALTORS®.
