Excellent location.Fairly noisy, especially early in morning.The unit is clean and well equipt but getting outdated. The service from AAOCEANFRONT was good.

We come to Maui for a month every year and stay at the Mauian always. Our accommodations in 307 were very accommodating to making our trip comfortable and feeling like a second home. We have had other years where the necessary supplies were not available to us in other units. Not so in 307. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of bath towels, hand towels and face cloths and a generous supply of beach towels. New and lovely Tommy BAHAMA beach chairs. The only thing we had to purchase and leave in the unit was two Tommy BAHAMA beach umbrellas that we feel are a requirement to have for the sun’s protection. The recent renovation made it lovely. Would love to return to this unit in the future.

It’s the best view you could wish for, and the sun set is God at his best, with all that being said what else can I say, but please install a A/C for my next visit with the ocean breeze at most part it is not need. But it would be nice to have an air conditioner if you wish. Over all I enjoyed my stay!

Good location, great view, little on expensive side after taxes, fees, etc. Kitchen was well equipped and appliances new. Furniture dated but didn’t use much as we spent most of time on lanai. Two bedrooms was good to keep kids stuff out of view. Beach nearby was good. Plenty of places to eat walking distance. Missing the sunsets already

We had a great 3 weeks vacation at Royal Mauian 307. The view was spectacular, the amenities were great, and the apartment was well equipped and clean. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

We were very pleased with the changes made to the unit from last year- tile flooring to replace carpeting, new and bigger television. During our six week stay, we had 2 service incidents and both were looked after very promptly - towel rack in bathroom and leaking refrigerator. Excellent service! We are booked again for 2020 for a long term stay. The unit is getting a little tired looking but it is a great location.

Generally enjoyed our stay! People were very friendly and helpful. Condo is in renovation process. Renovated areas are attractive. Paint needed in some areas. New drapes needed in ocean facing bedroom. However, these are superficial things. Overall we enjoyed the condo and our stay!

Outstanding Location and Beautiful Unit

We loved the location and the Royal Mauian. Unit 307 has enough room comfortably for 4 people, with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room and kitchen with dining table, and a lanai. We would stay there again, absolutely. I loved that they gave us plenty of towels and supplies like toilet paper, dishsoap, kitchen items, etc. We used the washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and could have cooked meals (although we chose not to because hey, we were on vacation). There were beach chairs also which was great. The complex was wonderful. Place was clean and light. View from Lanai was breathtaking and Beach a few steps away (complex is located between TWO awesome beaches). There is a pool which I used. Suggestions: My husband felt that the units furnishings should be updated. I found the bed and pillows uncomfortable. Pillows like cement--Bed not good for someone with back problems. However, I would definitely come back to the Royal Mauian and stay there again either in 307 or another unit.

3rd floor condo right on the beach, actually between two lovely beaches. Great swimming, good snorkeling. The place is nice and includes everything you would expect (small kitchen with laundry, etc.), plus some extras (beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, even a couple of pairs of fins). Cable is included. The only downside of the unit is the slow, telephone-based WiFi, peak download around 4 MB/s, fine for streaming a video, but don't expect to have multiple devices doing graphic heavy gaming or anything like that. The complex is right across the street from an organic market... not cheap, but it has all the basics. It's close to bunches of restaurants and so forth. Traffic on S.Kihei Rd is heavy during the day. Overall grade: A.

Lovely condo on a nice beach. The unit had everything we needed, the view was outstanding and the beach was wonderful! I recommend this condo to anyone looking for a restful, enjoyable getaway place!
