From the 1st year We knew it was a female, then the next was a gentleman, then for a few years I'm not quite sure who our property manager was, then our final few years I would say was the best property manager I've known which was Tommie Masuda. Words cannot express how much of a kind & sweet soul she is. Or how very communicative & helpful she has been towards my family & I. We are sad to have moved to a different location with a different property manager, but would definitely recommend renting a property with AA Oceanfront especially if your property manager will be Tommie Masuda. You will be missed Tommie, much love & aloha to you!♡read less

Covid 19 Info
The Hawaii Pre-Travel Testing Program started on October 15th. The Pre-Travel Testing Program allows individuals to travel to Hawaii without having to self-quarantine. The program requires passengers five and older to take a valid COVID-19 test 72 hours from the final leg of departure and produce a negative result. The tests have to be administered by one of the Hawaii trusted partners. Please view these partners on the following link: https://hawaiicovid19.com/travel-partners/
The negative test results will have to be shown at the airport you are leaving from prior to departing for Hawaii in order to be exempt from the 10-day quarantine. We will also need a copy of the negative results emailed to us for you to be able to stay in the condo. Most rental car companies are also requiring the negative test results in order to rent from them.
Below are a few links where you can read more on the Pre-Travel Testing. Please let us know if you have any questions!
