We really enjoyed our second annual stay in this 3rd floor unit. Our priority in lodging is a real Ocean Front view. The location was very convenient to Kihei restaurants, grocery store, beaches, and turtle watching. We saw many whales from our lanai. We actually slept on the sofa bed to enjoy the view and the sound of the surf. The furnishings were more than adequate. AA Oceanfront Rentals were great to deal with, and kept in touch to make sure we were happy.

We chose unit 119 specifically for the amenities, beautiful decor and first floor access. The double AC units and TVs are a plus (living and bed). There's a quiet curfew starting at 10PM. We enjoyed opening the lanai sliding door and the front door top glass to allow the breeze through, especially in the mornings. The closet had plenty of drawers, hangers and small baskets to store our belongings. King bed was very comfortable. It's supplied with starter paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and garbage bags. We washed and dried a load of laundry (provided at the building) which was easy to use, coin or card, $3 each. We felt so at home that we'll be back to stay here in the future. Mahalo!

The condo is ideal for 4 people with the best appointed kitchen in any condo I have stayed in on the islands. The views of the ocean from the 3rd floor are great. Even though it is easy walk to a main shopping area it is very quiet at the condo. The condo is in great shape with comfortable furniture and all them amenities one could want. There is even a locker of beach "toys" left by previous guests one can use. We found that in the warmest time of day (afternoon) leaving the door open provides great cross ventilation, thus the effective air conditioning was hardly ever needed. The AA Oceanfront folks were very responsive to the minor question we had. I will keep this on the list of places I would come to in the future.
