The unit is clean and well-stocked, and there is a nice ocean view from the balcony. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need for food prep, though a baking sheet would have been helpful; we made it work with a casserole dish. Plenty of beach equipment and towels to go around. Washer/Dryer unit is small, so be prepared for small batches of wash. The unit is on the top floor, so you will need to take an elevator up. The small pool on the property is salt water, and the tennis courts are well-maintained. Great location across from an amazing beach, parking was always easy, walking distance to South Maui Gardens.

We chose unit 119 specifically for the amenities, beautiful decor and first floor access. The double AC units and TVs are a plus (living and bed). There's a quiet curfew starting at 10PM. We enjoyed opening the lanai sliding door and the front door top glass to allow the breeze through, especially in the mornings. The closet had plenty of drawers, hangers and small baskets to store our belongings. King bed was very comfortable. It's supplied with starter paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and garbage bags. We washed and dried a load of laundry (provided at the building) which was easy to use, coin or card, $3 each. We felt so at home that we'll be back to stay here in the future. Mahalo!

The condo is ideal for 4 people with the best appointed kitchen in any condo I have stayed in on the islands. The views of the ocean from the 3rd floor are great. Even though it is easy walk to a main shopping area it is very quiet at the condo. The condo is in great shape with comfortable furniture and all them amenities one could want. There is even a locker of beach "toys" left by previous guests one can use. We found that in the warmest time of day (afternoon) leaving the door open provides great cross ventilation, thus the effective air conditioning was hardly ever needed. The AA Oceanfront folks were very responsive to the minor question we had. I will keep this on the list of places I would come to in the future.

Perfect and full of amenities. We loved the easy beach access, super clean pool and spa, and easy parking! The ocean view from our balconies was exactly the peace we needed. We plan on returning!

My husband and I enjoy staying at Kihei Akahi C611 because it feels like a second home, except without a winter! The amenities there fit our lifestyle perfectly, while the staff is always very accommodating. We look forward to returning every year in January & February.

We really enjoyed our second annual stay in this 3rd floor unit. Our priority in lodging is a real Ocean Front view. The location was very convenient to Kihei restaurants, grocery store, beaches, and turtle watching. We saw many whales from our lanai. We actually slept on the sofa bed to enjoy the view and the sound of the surf. The furnishings were more than adequate. AA Oceanfront Rentals were great to deal with, and kept in touch to make sure we were happy.

AA Oceanfront has served as our property management since we purchased our condo almost 15 years ago. We have been extremely happy with the services they provide. Whether there is an emergency or performing housekeeping or maintenance duties, they are prompt, reliable, and efficient. Their entire staff is very personable, especially sweet Jingky. She is terrific!!

We loved Hale Kai O’Kihei (HKOK) # 318 and hated leaving. The quiet beach, located directly in front of the unit, was perfect for morning walks and we saw turtles at dusk a few times. The sweeping ocean views from the top-floor (3rd) are spectacular. We ate breakfast every morning on the lanai and, after a full day of fun on Maui, enjoyed a glass of wine for each days’ stunning sunset. There’s an abundance of highly rated restaurants, a delicious bakery, a supermarket, and a drug store all within a 10-minute walk! The completely updated bedroom looks and feels like a high-end hotel room. The bathroom has a dual bathroom sink so we can both get ready at the same time. The complex is so close to the ocean you can hear the waves. The condo was clean, well maintained and the pictures in the ad are accurate. Also, check in was easy. We will return!

AAOceanfront has managed our condo in the Royal Mauian in Kihei Maui since 2008. As owners it is very important to have on island management that one can trust and that will be consistent in giving exemplary service to us as well as our guests. This company manages my Kihei rental condo. They do a really great job. I find it easy to communicate with them, my questions and issues with rentals are taken care of. The cleaning is consistent and thorough. I get very positive comments on my renters' reviews on cleaning and interactions with AA Oceanfront personnel. I have talked with renters of other condos in my complex, they are repeat customers of AA Oceanfront because of their superior service. BTW, Jingky is a great manager! Mahalo!

We have enjoyed having AAOceanfront manage our Maui condo for several years now. Everything always looks nice, clean, and in good repair when we come each year. Gorgeous views. Enjoyed watching whales right off the veranda. Binoculars were some of the wonderful amenities. Well equipped kitchen. Very functional property close to grocery stores and restaurants. Comfortable bed and air conditioning worked great.

“We enjoyed our visit, quiet, and pleasant. Our time went by quickly and we were sad it came to an end. We appreciate the management company as they were helpful and prompt. Everyone we met during our stay were kind and friendly. We would love to stay at the condo again.

Unit (Sea Village #4207) was nice but could use a little bit of attention. We got off to a rough start as the key left in the key box would not unlock the door and we had to make several phone calls and wait over an hour for someone to come unlock the door for us.

After that it was a pretty good experience. Complex facilities were excellent, well-kept and the pool and pool area were lovely place to hang out and meet fellow travelers.

We would stay here again as the value was great and the view from the Lani was wonderful.

We stayed in suite 1423 at Maui Vista. The room was dated but comfortable and well equipped with dishes, Check in was easy and communication was good. We were disappointed with the fact that they would not allow us a late check out without a ridiculous fee even though the room was not booked for the following day. Our flight never left until midnight and so leaving at 11 was a bit inconvenient. We would stay with them again!

Beautiful home
From the minute you walk in, the view is spectacular. The grounds and gardens are just beautiful. The house is well laid out for families to enjoy each other and have some alone time. All 3 bedrooms of the main house have an outdoor shower and there are 2 laundry rooms. The management company is very responsive to emails and phone calls. One little issue that was kind of comical is that the master bath was built for very tall people. I’m 5’3” and the vanity came midway up to my chest and the stackable washer/dryer I couldn’t reach the top controls. I just used the other laundry. Pool was too cold for anyone to use. I should have paid the extra to heat it. The place is like a resort in itself with a view you never tire of.”

Once in a lifetime My spouse and I came to celebrate my 40th birthday, with our the kids! This property was more than we expected. The view and proximity to the beach exceeded our expectations; the pictures on the post don’t do it justice. Nothing was a far drive 10 min in any direction had everything we needed. Of course we chose to venture farther too. Stay here! You will not be disappointed.

“What a view We started off a little rocky by attempting to get into our neighbors condo as he stood beside us giggling. Once inside our unit we were greeted by a blast of heat. After we got settled in and got our ac and fans figured out,(had to run down to get batteries for remotes) things cooled down and our wonderful vacation began. The view will take your breath away. Waking up and sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee is something We could do forever.”

Amazing vacation

Wonderful experience! Close proximity to lots of great food.. the cinnamon roll place and freds and the 808 deli weretop 3. The condo is great and very quiet even though we were here for the 4th of july! We spent a lot of time on lanais with the friendly chickens and lizards definetly will be back! In some reviews it mentions carpet but it has been replaced and now all floors are tile or laminante. The smoke alarm is very sensitive so be sure you turn on the fan. Loved having a oven that airfrys! Overall wonderfull experience already planning my next trip back.

Great location!
This condo was a great location- directly across the street from a wonderful stretch of beach. Close drive time to grocery stores and Restaurants. Simple and clean condo with lots of beach accessories on hand so you don’t have to bring or purchase your own. Well equipped kitchen and even some pantry items (salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc). Will definitely consider this condo again when we visit in the future!

Beautiful view comfortable Condo
The condo was comfortable with a beautiful view down to the water and the sunset. The location is convenient- walkable all around Kona to shops and restaurants.

Cute and comfortable stay. there was a grill in the back and the cute little patio, of pretty much fully equipped kitchen and it's conveniently located next to a bunch of places and a bunch of beaches.However, nothing was really dusted, under the furniture was dirty, and as far as I could see there was no recycling bins on the property which means all recycling is thrown away....

Stunning view and surrounded by plenty of things to do and nothing but paradise. Love it and we will be back again for sure!

This was by far the best AirBnB house we ever stayed (and stayed in a quite few!).
We absolutely enjoyed the beautiful lanai and well-stocked kitchen. Everything in the house was very comfortable!
The location is great (close to everything you need). The neighborhood is very quiet and you can hear many birds and even the ocean!
We would recommend this place to all our family and friends!
