This apartment/condo was exactly like the pictures. Very nice and clean with a beautiful lanai to enjoy the amazing ocean views! It was so nice to have a king size bed in the master suite and 2 twin beds in the other room along with 2 bathrooms! Though we were generally out enjoying Maui and exploring, we enjoyed every moment that we spent in our apartment/condo. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have our own parking spot. And a very short walk got us right on the beach! We would definitely stay here again! Totally worth the price!

The unit was perfect and equipped with everything we needed for our family (towels, beach chairs, washer/dryer etc). The apartment seemed to be recently renovated so everything was very new and clean which we also appreciated. Management was very responsive as well. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this to others looking for a comfortable place to stay!

Thank you for a lovely stay. We loved the unique location near the marina, away from all the more touristy areas like Kihei or Lahaina. It’s close enough to all those wonderful spots without being in the middle of it. The condo furnishings were absolutely beautiful and felt luxurious. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The pool was also a great enjoyable touch and there is a pretty koi pond downstairs by the elevator. From the condo, the view is much better than the photos in the listing- they don’t do it full justice! The sunrises and sunsets light up the view of Molokini without the sun shining directly into the condo. It was a spectacular view. We already want to return again!

I really recommend this unit to all my friends and co-worker. When ever we go back to Hawaii specially for Maui, I will contact you. We stayed here for 9 days and it was an amazing. Right on the ocean and close to all the best snorkeling beaches. Our first night we saw turtles in the water and one large turtle came on the beach to sun bathe. It was an amazing sight. It was nice having 2 bathrooms and 2 separate bedrooms. The customer service was wonderful. They answered all my many questions and helped with getting information for the best places to see. I would definitely stay here again or another place that AA Oceanfront oversees.

We loved our stay at this beautiful two bedroom renovated condo. It actually looks better in person than in the pictures. More than enough room for four adults. Lots of supplies were available. Easy access. Beautiful ocean views. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was amazing. The only issue was during check in. Check in time was 3 pm, when instructions are that you need to check in at the condos office when arriving. The condos office hours are 9 am to 3 pm on selected days, and 9 am to 2:45 pm on others. So we could not check in at the office and find out where our parking spot was. Luckily I could call AA Oceanfront to find out. The condo is beautiful and clean. When walking in, you are so comfortable knowing that this place is well taken care of. The view of the ocean and watching the whales in the morning was amazing!!! We did end up purchasing some to go coffee cups as the condo did not have any, but that is just a minor detail. This is an amazing place!

Island Sands 505 was superior, from the reservation experience with Colleen, to check in, to the superb accommodations. We have been spoiled for everything that will come after. The unit was perfect in every way. The bedrooms, the bathrooms, the view! Whales were visible from our 5th floor balcony every day, it is ideally located to other towns. The place was superb in every way. I can not recommend this unit and AA Oceanfront enough. If we are ever in Maui again, this will be our place of choice to stay!

A great location to access all Maui has to offer. Local area features great beach, whale sanctuary, aquarium, restaurants, and shopping. Unit 505 was very comfortable with a great view! We would stay there again.

Had a lovely two-night stay here. Great location. SPOTLESS. Lovely furnishing. Nice view of the pool and the beach. Very ample-sized living spaces, bedrooms and baths. And the best equipped kitchen weve ever seen at a rental, VRBO, Airbnb, etc. I wish we had bought groceries and cooked while there! Next time.

The condo and location was perfect, we will defiantly return. Only two things we noticed, the sounds from down stairs travels up , so he heard a lot of kids running around from their condo to the pool, and adults talking sound travel sounded loud but it was the design of building creating sound travel. Also the condos WiFi kept going out. My daughter had some school work to do the day we checked out and we could not get the WiFi to reset or turn on. Same for the TV a couple of times. Everything worked out , as we rolled with it and enjoyed the condo and our trip. Thank you! Mahalo!

Island Sands was quiet, clean, and centrally located condo with excellent amenities. There were beach chairs, toys, and towels and a great inventory of kitchen utensils. The only slight draw back to the facility was the lack of water pressure in the showers. I would definitely recommend this location and island to anyone

We had an amazing time staying at Island Sands 505!! The condo was very clean and fully equipped for cooking meals at home if needed. That being said, there are some AMAZING restaurants and the location is perfect as it sits between Lahaina and Kihei where some of our favorite restaurants and shopping were located. The condo is walking distance from the Maui Ocean Center, Mini Golf, Maalaea Harbor, and Tante’s Restaurant which we really enjoyed. On-site, our daughter LOVED the pool and we saw the communal BBQs get a fair amount of action. The grass lawn was perfect for playing/walking, and the unit is steps from a little beach area and a short walk from a long stretch of beach that was really gorgeous. The unit was so pretty we found ourselves enjoying hanging out, enjoying the views, and just relaxing. The unit is updated and decorated well. The condo building also has an adorable coy pond that our daughter could not get enough of. We will definitely plan to stay here next time we visit Maui.

Perfect location. Quiet setting with minimal people. Sandy beach nearby. Views off lanai were spectacular! Beds were comfortable. Size was roomy for family of four. Amenities were plenty and enhanced our stay. Would recommend this location highly!

Def one of the better condos that I’ve stayed in. Had snorkel gear, beach gear, even had a cooler with cool packs. Was cleaned and spacious. East check in. Only cons were the mattresses were very hard and I wish we could’ve had some more coffee bags ( we received one bag upon check in, but were there a week)

The condo itself was excellent. It was nicely furnished. We left them a new drink pitcher we purchased at Ross. The complex was okay. One of the grills was not working and there was not direct beach access. We would stay there again.
