The condo was very nice. It's across from a beautiful beach. We saw several turtles while snorkeling at that beach. The condo had beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards etc. overall a great experience.

Our first time in Maui, and we really enjoyed staying in this condo. Staff/residents were really friendly. I would definitely book with Kihei Akahi again.

I cannot say enough about my stay at Kihei Akahi! The unit that I rented was spotless! It looked exactly like the photos. It had everything that I could have possibly needed and helped to make my vacation even better! The complex was beautifully maintained, and the staff were visible around the property if needed. I will stay there every single time I return to Maui! The people who rented me the unit from AA Oceanfront Rentals were wonderful and exceedingly helpful; Haley especially. I will recommend this property and the unit that I stayed in to everyone I know!

Very nice condo, enjoyed our stay! Great area plenty of things to do and the beach is very nice and close. Most everything is in walking distance. Again, very nice and plan on renting again soon.

Thank you for showing us how special the Kihei Akahi complex is! Everything from the condo itself to the very friendly and sociable people that stay in that complex. We really enjoyed the unit! It was equipped with good-quality cooking pots and pans, silverware, plates, coffee cups and enough wine glasses.

Great location, and truly appreciated how clean everything was kept. Also very grateful for the beach chairs and umbrella in the apartment! The sleep sofa, however, is terribly uncomfortable. It needs a mattress topper to avoid sleeping on the metal springs. In addition, the lanai furniture consist of two high chairs, one regular (low) chair, and a small low table. Not easy to have a meal outdoors with that configuration.

A generally well appointed condo. A few issues: bedroom lacking outside ventilation due to inoperable louvered windows, sandy beach equipment stored in bedroom closet, tall chairs w/ no table on lanai, unit has not had a deep cleaning in a while. Enjoyed the location and grounds.

Nice place. It has everything you need. Its in walking distance of restaurants, beach, and cute shops. The only conn was the toilet. It only flushed about 50% of the time and we had to open the cover to "manually flush" it. This is pretty annoying to deal with while on vacation.

This condo met all of our needs. King sized bed was comfortable, ac, well stocked kitchen and sunset views from the lanai. Supplied cooler bags, boogie boards, beach chairs and towels. Check in and out was a breeze, very good company to deal with. Would like to stay there again!

We rented this condo for our one- week vacation in Maui. The location is great! Right cross the street from a nice sandy beach. It's also conveniently located near many restaurants and gift shops. It's also centrally located among many points of interests. I highly recommended Kihei Akahi!
